"Empowering Entrepreneurs" Comprehensive Training Program

June 27 – August 17, 2025

The "Empowering Entrepreneurs" program was initiated by the Trillex MFCHub in celebration of the 2025 World MSME Day. Its purpose was to support ambitious and driven Mongolian entrepreneurs living and working in Australia, equipping them with comprehensive knowledge and practical tools to grow their businesses.

The program was delivered in three stages and successfully culminated with an in-person workshop in Sydney dedicated to empowering and supporting Mongolian entrepreneurs:

The first two stages were conducted online, while the final stage – a full-day workshop – took place in Sydney on August 17, 2025.

During the workshop, experienced professionals delivered sessions on taxation, finance, digital marketing, and legal compliance. Participants had the opportunity to discuss real-world business challenges, share experiences, and exchange solutions to common problems faced by entrepreneurs.

The event was co-hosted and supported by the NSW Service Business Bureau, marking an important step toward strengthening international business collaboration.

As a result of this training, participants are now better equipped not only to expand their businesses in Australia but also to invest and scale their ventures in Mongolia. They are empowered to introduce products and services that meet international standards into the Mongolian market—ultimately contributing to the country’s economic development.

The workshop saw active participation from aspiring entrepreneurs, business owners seeking growth opportunities, consultants, and individuals pursuing legal and financial clarity, highlighting the significant value and impact of the program.
