With over 20 years of experience in the microfinance sector, she brings a wealth of expertise to those organizations. Her experience in the microfinance sector includes working with NBFIs (Non-Bank Financial Institutions) that have the largest network of branches covering both urban and rural areas. These institutions are known for supporting micro and small businesses and collaborate with numerous international investors, including EBRD and IFC. Recognized internationally, these NBFIs have gained a strong reputation in the industry. She is well-known in the sector for successfully leading and managing lending operations during the first decade of rapid growth of Transcapital NBFI. These experiences have provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the microfinance sector, ultimately leading to the founding of her own consulting firm, Тrillex-Microfinance Consulting Hub (MFCH).
